Announcement:  False Chat Room

& Web Site Statements

A person who is a long-estranged family member to one of the board members of the Gungywamp Society has been cyberstalking and harassing that board member and dozens of other people via e-mails and via outrageously libelous and defamatory statements on chat rooms and on web sites.  The cyberstalker has also defamed the Gungywamp Society on the Internet.  There is a Connecticut harassment arrest warrant issued against the cyberstalker.

The cyberstalker falsely claims on at least one of his web sites that the Gungywamp board members and researchers have been banned from the privately owned Gungywamp sites.  In reality, the Gungywamp board members still give periodic tours of the Gungywamp and the Gungywamp board members have a very good and longstanding relationship with the owners of the Gungywamp lands, and they have given us verbal and written permission to conduct digs and tours through the Gungywamp sites.

The cyberstalker also falsely claims that he has won his pro se (without an attorney) lawsuits against his victims, when in reality court documentation shows that the cyberstalker has actually lost all of his lawsuits.  Also, the cyberstalker claims that his victims were court-ordered to pay thousands of dollars.  In reality, none of his victims has been ordered by any court to pay anyone any dollar amount.  The cyberstalker has also claimed since 2005 that he is in the process of filing yet more lawsuits against his victims.  None of his victims have had any lawsuits served against them, and the cyberstalker was warned by the judge in his last pro se lawsuit, which he lost, that if he files any more baseless lawsuits against his victims he will be fined by the court.

More details of the history of this person's harassment and other criminal behavior can be found at www.ministrywarning.com.

The cyberstalker advertises himself as a "ministry leader" but he and his "ministry" are not registered with the IRS nor with any government or private agencies.  Over 20 of the cyberstalker's web sites have been removed since 2001 due to complaints by various people affected by this person's libelous harassment campaign.  In addition to the arrest warrant issued in Connecticut against the cyberstalker, he also has an updated FBI record.

If anyone has come to the Gungywamp Society's web site as a result of libelous statements found on any chat room or web site, please notify us immediately to report all such statements.  Thank you for your assistance.
